Chinese Forest Biodiversity Monitoring Network (CForBio)
中国森林生物多样性监测网络(简称CForBio)由中国科学院生物多样性委员会副主任兼秘书长马克平研究员,自2004年牵头组织相关的研究所、大学和科研机构开始建设,是目前覆盖我国所有气候带的森林生物多样性监测网络。截至2025年5月底,CForBio已在北方林、针阔混交林、落叶阔叶林、常绿落叶阔叶混交林、常绿阔叶林以及热带雨林建立了30个具代表性的大型森林监测样地,以及近60个面积1-5公顷的辅助样地,监测的总面积达809.39公顷,共监测了胸径(DBH)大于等于1 cm的木本植物3,000多种306.79万株,约占我国木本植物种类的1/5左右。
CForBio构建了森林植物全生活史观测体系,揭示了森林生态系统物种共存新机制,近年来随着无人机和塔吊在生态学中的广泛应用,CForBio部分样地着手开展近地面遥感以及林冠生物多样性监测,逐渐形成天-空-地一体化监测体系,为森林的植物多样性保护、管理与生态修复提供科学依据。
